The details visible on the building to the right of the Princess Theater are visible in this picture from 1915. Look just above the "S" in what is visible of the word "pictures" to see the designs and vertical and horizontal details of the molding and decorations.

Compare the details to the left from the picture from 1915 to the details of the Piece of Cake building in 2005. Although much else has changed on the building, enough remains to indicate that the adjoining structure is the same on building.
